Everett was raised in Seattle and was introduced to skiing at a young age at Stevens Pass. He stumbled into ski touring during his early years of high school and was hooked from the beginning. Everett began his work in central Idaho as a hut keeper/ tail guide in 2015, and began ski guiding in 2017. Now, Everett splits his time between working towards a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University in geography/GIS in the summer and fall, and ski guiding in Idaho during the winter. When not working or studying, you can find Everett exploring snowy peaks on skis, riding bikes, or slowly jogging down a trail. Everett is excited to begin his path down the AMGA ski program this winter.
