Imagine carrying only a light daypack while hiking through some of the best scenery of the Sawtooths!

Want to go backpacking without the heavy backpack? Then our 4-Day Traveling Light Sawtooth Hiking Trip is your dream come true. Enjoy some of the best scenery the Sawtooths have to offer while we carry the heavy stuff!

Hiking 5-10 miles each day, you’ll arrive at camp each night to find the camping gear and food waiting for you. Your guide will whip up dinner while you relax at the edge of an alpine lake or cast a line. After a hearty breakfast in the morning, you’ll leave your camping gear right where it is and hit the trail – again with a light pack!

Our incredible 4-day itinerary will take you through the heart of the Sawtooth range connecting valleys, high passes, and alpine basins with new vistas around every corner. Each night, fall asleep listening to a burbling creek or seeing the glimmering reflection of the moon on an alpine lake.

If you want to cover some ground without shouldering a heavy load, this is the trip for you! This is also a great option for kids ready to experience the outdoors but groan at the idea of carrying a big backpack.
